The two classic styles are the Maine roll features Maine lobster, served chilled with mayo, and the Connecticut Roll which features Maine lobster served warm with butter and lemon. Enjoy either mouthwatering lobster roll with a glass of our Concrete Cuvée Chenin Blanc or one of our lighter “Les Enfants Terribles” reds…..Pure Yum!!
